Standard shipping time: 1 to 3 Business/Working days needed to ship out, but usually order shipping at the same day when clearing payment.
All merchandise comes with a standard 30 days manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Merchandise noted as "close out" items are sold as is and have no warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to parts only and does not cover labor or shipping costs to the customer.It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage or loss caused by improper assembly, use, shipping, or storage.
Your phone number must be given when ordering. The trucking company will call you before attempting to deliver the ordered item. Make sure someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number for them to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces and let the delivery driver sign for proof on the delivery form.
THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE DELIVERING SHIPMENT AS SOON AS RECEIVED before the driver leaves. Note any damage or short on the Proof of Delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon pickup by shipping carrier as Bill of Lading /shipping documents are receipts for shipments completed and in good condition. If any concealed loss or damages is discovered, notify the freight agent at once and have them note it on the Proof of Delivery. All claims for damage or loss while transit must be made directly to shipping carrier. All claims must be made against shipping carrier by buyers within 14 days from the delivery date.
