We strongly suggest our customers read the following information thoroughly prior submitting an order! 
 

All merchandise comes with a standard 30 days manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Merchandise noted as "close out" items are sold as is and have no warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to parts only and does not cover labor or shipping costs to the customer.It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage or loss caused by improper assembly, use, shipping, or storage.

Limited Warranty for powersports/motorsports vehicles:  6 months warranty for internal engine parts of on-the-road vehicles,  3 months warranty for internal engine parts of the off-road vehicles,  and 30 days limited manufacturer's warranty for all other parts.

This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event.

Remember Warranty is effective only if:

(1) The product is completely and correctly assembled by any end users
(2) The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
(3)The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

The following are warranty exclusion: 


1. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of the products, plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.) batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts, tires or gas engine or any other parts damage due to abuse or misuse.

2. Pull starters are not covered. This item is expected to break after several uses.

3. Spark plugs are not covered. Spark plug wire is not covered if damaged from engine heat.

4. Tires, tubes & flat tires are not covered unless damaged during shipping. (Damage must be reported to Trucking Co. when delivering.)

5. Kickstand is not covered.

6. Damage caused due to an improperly adjusted chain falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and wheel bearings are not covered. Customers should take care of all maintenance and adjustment, filling all necessary fluid, oil, liquid and fuel prior to operation.

7. Light bulbs are not covered under warranty due to the excessive natural vibration.

8. Unauthorized outside repair and any modification would not be covered under warranty.

9. Filter, hose, lubricants, gaskets, spark, plugs, cable, plastic body, damage by trucking co. etc.

10. Standard wear & tear: plastic parts & components(coordinated housings etc), batteries, brakes, brake handles, seats, lights, belts, tires etc.

11. Extreme riding, racing or competition, vandalism, fire or theft.

12. Vehicle was modified in any way.

13. Damage by accident or truck co.

14. No labor or shipping freight included.

15. Warranty parts only on exchange basis.
